David Spaltro: Indie Filmmaker

Award-winning independent filmmaker David Spaltro drops by to discuss Things I Don’t Understand, his acclaimed movie gem  currently wowing audiences at film festivals everywhere. He will also talk about …Around, his first feature offering. Both come across as emotionally powerful motion pictures. One follows a young man’s struggle to complete film school despite financial and emotional problems, the other deals with an intelligent but troubled young woman as she tries to discover what happens to us after we die. Spaltro wrote, directed and produced both movies. He’s now working on Wake-Up in New York and adapting the biography “Sex and Rockets: The Occult World of Jack Parsons.”
